This way we can look up your order easier.

@Tommy please clarify what PBID is for you. Is this the contribution ID from Indiegogo? I'm a bit confused... 😉
Please try to comply to these "rules" to make it easier for the Cardongle team to get the transparency they need to get this project back on track in the near future. And please don't ask for a concrete delivery time, still there is a shortage of parts and the development isn't finished yet. Be patient! I know this is hard, please try at your best. Thanks

thanks, but what's "PBID"? In the IndieGoGo campaign I see a Contribution ID. Is it that?
PBID stands for Pledgebox ID. you can list your PBID in this thread as well. Sometimes our mailbox loses emails.... (Server issue)
Even though I requested a version 1.5 - a version 1 showed up in August. To this date have NOT gotten it to work. Please someone send me 1.5 and one that works!

@sethm61 Did you sent this by email too? If not do so by following the posting rules (see first message here). And please bear in mind that the assembly of new hardware goes really slow due to missing parts. Well, you know.

Yep. Did get one reply - them saying i ordered v1. I replied with a copy of my email from MANY months ago requesting v1.5 AND a copy of their acknowledgment. Since then radio silence! Fraudsters as far as I am concerned.
@bhushanahire, I'm just a volunteer and I got no shipment notification for you. If not already done please send an email to info@cardongle.co with the header like described in message 1 of this thread. In addition to that please read _here_(the latest official statement).

It's been months, where is my order? It's bad enough I never got my order but I don't even receive replies to my emails. Also I don't know where to find my PBID, all I have is my Contributon ID on my sales receipt - Contribution ID 6517. Please just send me the item with the 1.5 version of the firmware.
